I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and were really nice too make me feel comfortable despite the language barrier. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, surrounded by a pollution-free environment. The bungalows, garden, lawn, bar, and restaurant were all beautifully maintained and added to the overall charm of the resort. I especially enjoyed the warm outdoor pool on a cold day and the fact that the restaurant was adequately heated. The resort was also conveniently located close to the main town center, making it easy to explore the markets and restaurants.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center and there aren't many nearby rental car options. the fitness center seems to be under-utilized and could benefit from some improvements.

The rooms at Pine Hill Resort were cozy and had a beautiful view of the surrounding pine trees. The heated pools were a great treat during the cold winter weather in Kalaw. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious local and Myanmar dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in a good area and offers free breakfast and wifi. Plus, the rooms are spacious and comfortable to work from.

The hotel seems a bit outdated and the decor is quite dull. The staff could also use some more training in customer service as they were not very accommodating to my needs during my business trip.

The place is surrounded by nature and landscaped gardens which was a nice change from my city experiences. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home. The complimentary breakfast was great with lots of choices and I enjoyed sipping on my coffee on the balcony. The spa service offered was excellent and the big pool was a great spot to relax.

The hotel's location was a bit secluded, making it difficult for me to venture out and explore the city or nearby attractions during my limited free time. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough in the rooms and I had to go to the lobby to use it.
